Who we are TaxWeave is a practice operating system for tax firms, built and operated by The Millennial CPA, LLC, based in Richmond, Virginia.
What data we access When you connect your accounts to TaxWeave, we access the following on a read-only basis:
Google Sheets — engagement tracking, client lists, and status data
Google Drive — documents and files connected for engagement context
Gmail — email signals relevant to your client engagements
Additional platform integrations (such as Outlook, Slack, and others) are in development. You will be notified when new integrations become available, and each connection requires your explicit authorization before any data is accessed.
We do not edit, modify, or write to any of your connected data sources.
How we use your data We use your data solely to provide the TaxWeave service — surfacing engagement intelligence and practice insights within the product. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing purposes, or use it for any purpose beyond delivering the service to you.
How we store your data TaxWeave is hosted on third-party infrastructure providers including Supabase, Vercel, and Railway. These providers maintain industry-standard security practices. You acknowledge that your data is processed on distributed infrastructure maintained by these third parties.
Your controls You may revoke access to any connected data source at any time. Revoking access will immediately remove that data from your TaxWeave workspace. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at hello@millennialcpa.tax — we will complete deletion within 14 days.
Early access notice TaxWeave is currently in early access. The service is provided as-is and may change. This privacy policy will be updated as the product evolves.
